I am dedicating this page to my dear friend, Garnet Garvin, who passed away 5 years ago today. She was true to herself and lived life as SHE wanted. She is my inspiration and I hope to be as true to myself as she was.
I miss you, Garnet!
Miss Attitude!
No, I did not pose her! She loves the Camera!!!
Love her hair! Wish mine looked that nice - without even styling it!
"Life is full of beauty. Notice it. Notice the bumble bee, the small child, and the smiling faces. Smell the rain, and feel the wind. Live your life to the fullest potential, and fight for your dreams." 40 years old Female Princeton, TX Hometown: Abbeville, AL
My daughter is the number one focus in my life. Who would have guessed that I, me... Ms. Corporate, would enjoy going domestic. And, that I would LOVE being a stay at home mom! Three years ago I gave up my EDI Specialist job (after 8 years!) and have never, not even once, regretted it.
Sports:
None... I'm a NFL Widow!
Music:
I love hearing my daughter sing with her MP3 player. Other than that, I like it all! A few of my favorite would be Daughtry, Nickleback and I LOVE David Cook on American Idol right now.
Movies:
Don't have a favorite movie. Last movie I went to was Horton hears a Who.
TV:
Moonlight, American Idol, Bones, House
Books:
I can not even begin to list my favorite book! I read about 2 a week so I have several I love. A few... Circle of Six Trilogy, Wizards First Rule, Blood Brothers, Financial Peace University, Your Best Life Now, Love Languages of Children.
Heroes/Idols:
Mary Kay National Directors. They have helped so many other women become financially secure.. and thrive. Plus, many have made over 1 million dollars - which is always a bonus!
