• You see a leader can’t lead until they know where they’re going and the why behind their going?

The “why?” of life begins early, anyone who has spent time with a toddler knows this only too well. The constant question of “why?” fills a small child’s mind. From birth to death, we are always seeking to understand the things that our minds cannot quite grasp. Our search for understanding runs through all our life experiences. For example, why does the washing machine eat just one sock? Why does my dog bark at falling leaves? Why is gasoline really so expensive? Or, why does the gravitational pull of the moon affect the oceans tides? The “why” is just part of our existence; but in our effort to have a question answered we too many times settle for the answer that is given us, and then we wonder why we end up lost and confused.

• Maybe we aren’t asking the right “why”?

If you could have your why answered, what would your why be? Maybe the why is not what we should be asking? Or maybe we just don’t care? Maybe we are just looking for the answers so we don’t have to think, so we can get it, got it and just move on? I got it so now I’m good.

• Shouldn’t it be all about the chase?

We all have to ask some very tough questions about our purpose, our Creator and who we are in the scheme of all we do in the journey that is before us.

Why did neo who felt like he was in wonderland take the red pill over the blue pill? He was ready to chase the white rabbit. He wanted his questions answered.

In an episode of the TV series Lost John Locke is in the woods talking to Dr. Jack Shepherd about the others who are thirsty, hungry and needing someone to tell them what to do.

While Jack seems to be confused to why everyone looks to him as a leader and feeling a little crazy as he’s chasing after something or someone, John seems to know why they are there.

Ah the white rabbit, Alice in Wonderland. John says; This place is different, it’s special. The others don’t want to talk about it, because it scares them. But we all know it, we all feel it, what if everything that happened here, happened for a reason, and what if this person you’re chasing is really here.

Jack says, what happens if I catch him? John goes, I don’t know, but I’ve looked into the eye of this island and what I see is beautiful.

He goes on to tell Jack you need to finish what you’ve started and Jack ask why? And John says; a leader can’t lead until he knows where he’s going!

It’s in this going that we learn how to lead and discover things we wouldn’t otherwise have known unless we chase the unknown?

• Why are we afraid to chase the white rabbit?
• What if chasing the white rabbit is simply questioning the very thing’s we’re being taught?
• What if chasing the white rabbit leads us to the very discovery of the journey that is before us?
• Is it possible the white rabbit might be the key to the very existence of our being?
• And that maybe the chase is the very path to less confusion?

Are you ready to enter into wonderland and begin a chase after something that I believe will change the deepest part of your soul? That will lead you into the rabbit hole of the unknown and bring you into a world that will unlock the very thing you long for, and the very thing that you where created for!

Let the chase begin!
