Solitary Hedonist Pagan, here. Been doing tarot readings, astrology charts, numerology charts (and a lot of other things) for well over three decades. I started getting into astrology when I was around seven or so; tarot readings at twelve; numerology at fourteen. Ask me about it!
Remember--you are dealing with a Leo chick w/Scorpio Moon AND Rising. Ha.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dyscalculia = ME.
Sports:
Olympics rock. I got this really cool Pink & White Jersey Devils jersey. I love the Raiders too. Some guy gave me his authentic Raiders starter jacket. I am gonna be one warm chick this winter.
I can get into a good hockey, football, rugby/soccer or basketball game, but I am not a sports nut or go berserk or anything over it. Altho, when the Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show airs, you can't PRY me from the TV. Derby, too. I am fabulously lucky w/picking the winner--and I know nothing about any of those horses--I go by gut only.
However, some folks really take it WAY too seriously, pouting for a week if their team doesn't win. I mean honestly...unless one is on the team, a coach, a team owner or a sponsor, one really needs to re-evaluate where one invests one's energy.
Music:
You name it, I'm into it. The magick of tunes is limitless.
Movies:
Favorites are: Dogma, American Beauty, Fandango, Bandits.
Of course, Harold and Maude.
TV:
Sopranos, Queer as Folk, The L Word, Weeds, Sex & the City, Huff, CSI Vegas, Medium, Ghost Whisperer, Grey's Anatomy, Criminal Minds, Desperate Housewives, Mind of Mencia & of course South Park--who knew Mel Gibson was so whacko douche?
If you EVER get a chance to see it, catch Monkey Dust. Makes South Park look like Sesame Street. VERY funny and sardonic. Right up my alley.
Books:
Favorites: The Stand; The Talisman; Elidor and the Golden Ball; Aesop's Fables. Greek Mythology.
Heroes/Idols:
Myself. There are others. They know who they are. The Holy Rodent. Seester. Phallus Maximus--he really knows how to deal with me. Gotta give him credit for that.
