(If it weren't for limited space, I'd throw in Santa Claus, the Easter Bunny & Tooth Fairy as fellow conspirators, keeping folks almost as 'in the dark' about truth as Rex Barrett and the followers of ProjectOKC are.)

From Luke 11:

Then he said to them, "Suppose one of you has a friend, and he goes to him at midnight and says, 'Friend, lend me three loaves of bread, because a friend of mine on a journey has come to me, and I have nothing to set before him.'

"Then the one inside answers, 'Don't bother me. The door is already locked, and my children are with me in bed. I can't get up and give you anything.' I tell you, though he will not get up and give him the bread because he is his friend, yet because of the man's boldness [persistance] he will get up and give him as much as he needs.

"So I say to you: Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives; he who seeks finds; and to him who knocks, the door will be opened".

Jesus went on to explain that fathers--having love for their children--will give their children what the children desire. The children--growing to learn the power of desire (the force that makes Quid Pro Quo come true)--unfortunately use it to feed their rabid greed.

'Making Quid Pro Quo come true' causes one to become 'Chief' (CEO, head honcho, President, Emperor, King, what-have-you). In taking on the responsibility of "Chief," it is necessary for one to be 'in control'---prepared for every problem. One finds the cause of the problems fastest when one imagines matters from the problem-source's perspective. Imagining the problem-souce's perspective ('putting yourself in Satan's shoes'), you will naturally leave evidence that you were "in cahoots" with the enemy.

So--if you want a sinister government organization to have planned a sinister tragedy among its own people--then the door of 'sinister government organizations having so planned' is the door at which you will "knock with persistence."
