First we have to understand what Yuwie is, in order to be successful in it.
What is Yuwie?
Yuwie is a free product or social site that enable us to communicate our thoughts, videos, pics, and exchange ideas with similar minded individuals.
Guess what there are many already like that.
What makes Yuwie unique? I feel that since I came here people are friendlier, kinder, more helpful, attentive. There is a different vibe in Yuwie, that makes it unique. It can be explained like this, all the Yuwie members are part owners of the site, so we feel more dedicated to it, than we would with other social networks.
I've heard some people complaining about lack of content. But, I am not complaining, I have found here information gathered to be successful in any kind of business organization, all available for free. Also I have made many good friends.
Yuwie is free, don't forget about that, they are paying us for free.
How to make Yuwie Grow?
Please, forget about the money aspect, if you want other people to join you in Yuwie, DO NOT mention the money part. Invite them to this new cool social site, that lets you blog, has a cool interface and home page, the control panel is much better than the competition (MySpace).
It has full customizable layouts, and allows you to choose from given layouts or you can make them yourself (better than MySpace or Facebook). Also the blog feature is way better than any of the competition, sorry but that is my opinion.
Now if you invite people to check this features by themselves, they will join Yuwie, if you are here only for the money and not for socializing they will not join you, I can guarantee that.
How to build your Yuwie Downline?
This is the task at hand, there are severals steps involved in this:
Step #1: Recruiting
Now first of all let's see at the example giving to us by the Y-Guy
First understand this, not everyone will be willing to do this, I mean build their down-line, so the first thing is to recruit three people that are willing. This have to be smart people that can see the vision that you have seen, now make sure they understand Yuwie 100%.
Step #2: Training
Now you train them to recruit themselves three smart people, as they are smart they may have their own ideas but we can help them out. Once you are satisfied that they are able to recruit multiple people in a week or day, then you can move to the next step.
Step #3: Recruiting
Now you can go ahead and find more prospective recruits to your organization. Keep in mind that now you will be able to do this with more efficiency, so by this point you will be able to target to get those smart people that can see your vision. Remember focus on getting three and work with them.
Step #4: Follow-up
This part requires you to help out and see any possible flaws in the system or helping out your initial recruits with their recruiting efforts, in this part you may even and most probably will learn from them. This will only help you and them. Give them advice if they ask for it.
Step #5: Leadership
For ultimate success in Yuwie, you will need to become a leader, this means helping out your down-line and others so they look up to you, writing useful blogs to help them out, make sure you are on top of things that concern your friends and your referral friends (this will increase your page views). We want Yuwie to grow because it is for everybody's benefit. The more people that use the site as a social site, the page views will come on their own.
Now let's remember not everyone will focus on building a down-line organization, some people will use it as a social site exclusively, so let's be social with everyone, and not try to force our down-line building mentality upon them.
Step #6: Leadership Follow-up
I am pretty sure this is the most difficult part, that is why we need to be patient and persistant, I have realized myself that if I don't accomplish this, I won't be successful in Yuwie. The leadership needs to be passed on or it may be born within the organization (down-line), in either case the optimal way to build your Yuwie down-line and what we should all aim for is to have three leaders in our personal referrals (Level 1).
I am sure this is not an easy task ahead but if we all follow these steps, we can all be successful here in Yuwie. Remember have fun in Yuwie, and keep it social and friendly.

I have not seen a single Yuwie member get 100,000 page views in one month. However I have seen some Yuwie members get millions of referral page views.
So I rather get 1 referral and teach him (her) how to get 1 referral, then maybe I can get another referral and do the same. Is a simple concept, duplication. If we teach one referral to get one referral, we can go and get another referral and they can do the same....see the picture here?
If you really want to make some money with Yuwie, GET REFERRALS, and help them to get referrals of their own.

Also a key to guide you referrals is to lead them into a chat room and help them out, I use MSN, but any other works just the same. Remember normally you would have more time in Yuwie than them, so definitely you know way more than them.
Don't assume that they know something, guide them step-by-step through Yuwie, getting referrals, etc. Teaching one referral how to get one referral can be done faster than completing one of those chain letters, and the benefits to you and them is great, remember any additional Yuwie member will give many Yuwie members loads of page views.

First go to LAYOUTS, choose a layout then hit APPLY. Second go to UPLOAD Third go to setting and choose what you like:
I personally like profile open but only friends can message me and comment me, this works for me for several reasons: - Unwanted people can't contact me. - My notice board goes to MORE people as I force them to make me friends. - I get tons of friend requests. - Also I removed the rating message, to force people to message me something personal.
Filter HTML to avoid SPAM tags, some people like pictures, so that is up to you. But this forces people to be more personal, it works for me.
Fourth BLOG SETTINGS, write some quick blogs that will help your referrals find their way quickly around Yuwie: - Beginners guide. - Explanation REFERRALS is the way to go. - Some interesting blog. - The more the better, so choose up to 10 blogs showing (10 = more page views)
These links are the key to make money in Yuwie. After you have done steps one to four. Use redirects, I have some in my referrals handbook. Always make sure the re-directs are working.
Take one full day, and spread this referrals links ALL over the NET. If you are waiting for referrals to come then YOU are doing something wrong. Go and get them. Don't wait. Don't expect. My best advice: if you are waiting for referral to come, you might as well be posting an AD with your referral link somewhere else. Spend 90% of your on-line time posting your referral link.

As I learned here in Yuwie from some smart people, RINSE and REPEAT. Don't settle, if you are relying on your referrals to build your TREE then yet again you are doing things wrong. Get referrals, set yourself a goal.
Most important COACH, TEACH and TRAIN those referrals that are willing to. You need 3 people to BUILD their own strong downline, so this is your goal.
So if you are LAZY, and think this is not for lazy people, its because lazy people don't succeed. So if your referrals are lazy, you need to get more referrals. If you are lazy, you shouldn't even be reading this.

Today I got massive referrals from get ref, the trick is to use the program and stick to it. Once you can decline cheaters you will only get good quality referrals that will most likely stick with Yuwie.

I just joined this one, and the interface seems pretty cool, it looks nicer than the previous two, but I think that you may try the three of them as I am doing. You can also buy a premium membership for $3.95/month, and get referrals in the same way. It offers better communication with your referrals, so I think this is good to explain to them a little about Yuwie. You can also ask them to put a pic a layout and a blog as well. (3 level downline)

works by looking at ads, and getting paid for it, also you can switch

3) YOUTUBE: My friend Jesse, told me that there is a blaster that lets you add friends here, but you can also make videos and post them with Yuwie all over the place. They rank high in google.

7) FACEBOOK groups, again you can join as many as you want. Just be smart share the opportunity that is Yuwie. It is more effective if you add to the discussion as people will be more likely to click your link, and more likely to become active.
8) Hi5? Yes, many Yuwie members, I think all have ignored this site! Many of my real friends from Costa Rica are here. So Hi5 is very popular specially in latin america. How do we use this fact? $$$ are worth more in latin america, so one Yuwie $ will be worth more! Try the same with Orkut.com. Although this site is more popular in India, Brazil and Turkey, amongst others. Let's not forget about the original social network, which still continues to get a lot of daily traffic: Friendster.com
Now set yourself a goal. How many referrals you want to get? If you want to get 5 referrals a day.
You need to expose your referral link to 2000 people, about 3% will click on it, that makes 60, and about 10% will join when they see the video. So 6 referrals. Then if you want more, you need more exposure.
BE Pro Active, don't settle for one type of advertisement do them all. Stay active help your referrals, teach DUPLICATION, and you will succeed.
Now those 10 levels seem hard to get to right? Wrong! Become a leader, find leaders to join Yuwie and teach them, they will teach you in return. Share the knowledge, become a leader, and those 10 levels will be reached as strong as possible.

Welcome to my referral handbook, here are some pieces that you need to read first before going out and attempt to get any referrals. If you do this tasks daily with a routine you will be able to get those referrals, but remember getting 10 referrals or 100 or 1000 is pointless if we don't teach them or help them do the same.
